1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with CarCheck ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CarCheck provides independent vehicle inspection services. Our reports are based on a visual and non-invasive assessment of the vehicle at the time of inspection. We do not dismantle any parts of the vehicle.

3. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, our inspection reports are not a guarantee or warranty of the vehicle's condition. We are not liable for:

• Defects that were not visible or accessible at the time of inspection.
• Intermittent faults that did not occur during the inspection.
• Future mechanical failures or issues that arise after the inspection.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment

Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the inspection or as otherwise agreed. We accept payments via online transfer or other approved methods.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
